Having qualified and been working as a Graphic Designer for the last 15 years, and over the last 5 years integrating a business buying and selling new-build development land, I felt it was a natural progression to move into the buy-to-let industry as an Inventory Clerk. I have a passion for interior design and architecture and now, having fully trained as an Inventory Clerk, along with my graphic design ‘eye-for-detail’ can complete inventories giving an accurate, fast and efficient service.
Each report is in an easy to read and follow format using a jargon-free language making it simple to understand. We use a professional voice inventory system (PROVIS) with a proven model which enables us to produce reliable detailed reports.
Since the introduction of the Tenant Deposit Scheme the importance of a detailed and easy to follow inventory is now essential for both Landlords and Letting Agents. Those who do not have inventories accurately recorded could find themselves unable to prove a claim.

The 24/7 online booking service and monitoring system enables you to book appointments straight into the diary, so that they are never forgotten or overlooked. You will even get update emails at every step, from booking to report completion.
